Your submittal of ANY order on www.SurePlunge.com [SurePlunge.com]  indicates your acceptance of following:

SITE REGISTRATION

We do not allow GUEST sales or transactions.  In order to use this website, a User must first complete the registration form.  During registration, a User is required to give accurate and complete contact information (such as name and email address).  We use this information to contact the User about services on our site for which he/she has expressed interest.  It is optional for the User to provide demographic information, and unique identifiers (such as, Username and password), but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT CLAUSE

• ANY purchase, sale, comment, review, or other communication through this website is conditional under a non-disparagement clause.

• You [the website User] agree to reasonable due-diligence towards mutual satisfaction and resolution from any issue regarding the use of this site and your purchase of our products from this site.

• In an effort to ensure fair and honest public feedback, and to prevent the publishing of false or misleading content in any form, your acceptance of this sales contract prohibits you from taking any action that negatively impacts Verus llc and SurePlunge.com, its reputation, products, services, management or employees without first reasonable due-diligence under the laws of North Carolina.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We do not allow guest, or anonymous sales or transactions.

• You [the Customer] must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this website.

• Warranties are valid for the original purchaser only and only while such customer owns such product.

• Each customer is solely responsible for all applicable sales taxes, customs brokerage fee or other taxes.  SurePlunge.com will automatically withhold the sales tax for orders to be shipped to addresses within State of North Carolina.

• SurePlunge.com will provide on-line technical notes on most products but it is customer's responsibility to request specific product information that are not listed under the instructions page.

• Products may only be returned in accordance with our return policy.  Most products carry limited money back or exchange privilege from shipping date, excluding shipping and handling fees.  Every return must follow the procedures listed in our return policy.

• SurePlunge.com will not refund shipping fee for any refused packages, non-deliverable addresses, or any addressing errors by the Customer.  Customer will be charged 20% restocking fees for refused packages to cover the cost of return shipping cost and repackaging fee.

• SurePlunge.com will not accept or process any return in case of missing parts, physical damage to product and packaging.  All returns must be in resalable condition.  Returns are offered for the original purchaser only and only while such customer owns such product.  Customer is responsible for cost of shipping, handling and insurance on all returns.  Products must be returned within 10 days after Return Authorization is issued.

• If a product is returned back to us for repair or replacement within 45 days from the date of purchase, SurePlunge.com will pay the cost of shipping to send a replacement or repaired item back to you. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance cost to get the item back to us.  If a product is returned back to us for repair service after 45 days, customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.  You may return defective product to SurePlunge.com using your choice of carriers at your expense.  Customer is responsible for any damage or loss on all return shipments.

• On rare occasions, SurePlunge.com may agree to send out advanced replacement unit(s) to a customer before the customer ships a defective or incorrect product back to us.  Customer must return the products back to SurePlunge.com in original packaging within 30 days after replacement products are delivered.  If customer fails to do so, customer's credit card will be charged for purchase price of replacement items sent out by SurePlunge.com and an additional $50 administration fee.

• SurePlunge.com strives to give you an easy-to-use site that provides accurate content, including product information, policies, visual displays and pricing.  In the event we are unable to provide an actual image of a product, SurePlunge.com reserves the right to substitute a similar image for the one described in the product information.

• Pricing and item availability are subject to change without notice and SurePlunge.com reserves the right to limit quantities.

• In the event a product is temporarily out of stock, listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, SurePlunge.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  SurePlunge.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SurePlunge.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

• SurePlunge.com shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss or damages caused by a.) a defective product, b.) a product or service that not being available for use for any reason, c.) a delay in delivering, furnishing products and/or services due to performances, or lack thereof, by any individual vendor(s), carrier(s) or manufacturer(s). In no event shall SurePlunge.com accept liability of any kind including any special, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential losses or damages, even if the possibility of such loss or damage has been advised.

• All materials, product names, product images and company logos used on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners and property ofSurePlunge.com. Any reproduction of this material is not allowed.

• SurePlunge.com reserves the right to refuse service and products to anyone.

• SurePlunge.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of a sale at any time.
